Installation Warranty Policy

Family First Comfort stands behind the quality of our installations and workmanship.
Standard Installation Warranty
All new HVAC system installations include a 1 year workmanship warranty from the date of installation. This warranty covers labor related to installation defects or workmanship issues identified within the first year.
Extended 10 Year Warranty Option
Customers may have the option to purchase an extended 10 year labor warranty through a third party warranty provider at the time of installation. Coverage terms, eligibility, and limitations are determined by the warranty provider and may require ongoing maintenance.
Extended warranties are administered by the third party provider and are subject to the provider’s terms and conditions.
Manufacturer Warranties
Most HVAC equipment includes manufacturer warranties on parts. Manufacturer warranty coverage is subject to registration, required maintenance, and manufacturer guidelines.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Family First Comfort offers a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee on HVAC services we perform. If a concern arises related to our workmanship, we will review the issue and make reasonable efforts to correct it in accordance with the applicable warranty coverage.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case by case basis only if a workmanship related issue cannot be resolved.
Exclusions
Warranty coverage does not apply to:
Normal wear and tear
Lack of maintenance
Improper use or abuse
Electrical issues, power surges, or acts of nature
Ductwork, airflow, or structural issues not included in the original installation
Pre existing conditions outside the original scope of work
Warranty Claims
Warranty concerns must be reported promptly. All claims are reviewed to determine eligibility under the applicable workmanship, manufacturer, or third party warranty.
